200 g Dark Chocolate Chopped
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
1 cup Almond milk
1 Tbsp Vanilla extract
175 g Self Raising Flour
50 g Cocoa Powder
150 g Light Brown Suger
1/2 tsp Salt

Easy, Delicious and Chocolatey Vegan Brownies!

Preheat oven to 350 F on fan mode, this made preferably with a 9×9’’ square tin with parchment paper.
On low heat, melt your 200g Dark chocolate until smooth, mix 100 ml of vegetable oil, 200 ml of almond milk, and 1 tsp of Vanilla extract mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together 175g of self-raising flour, 50g of cocoa powder, ½ of salt, and 150 g of light brown sugar, until all ingredients are mixed together.

Once both bowls are well mixed, combine them into one bowl, and mix it, not too much.

Add 200g of chopped chocolate to the mix, then pour everything into the tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes, if the cake is a little wobbly when it first come out, no worries! That’s the gooey part of the brownie.

Once you take the brownie cake out of the oven, let it cool for 10 minutes first, then transfer to a whire rack to cool completely.
