2 Avocado Diced
1/4 Cups Cilantro
1 Teaspoon Lime juice
1 Red Onion Diced
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Tomatoes
2.5 Cups Water

Put water in a pot and put in on medium until boil. Lower to a low simmer and cover the pan for 13 minutes then take it out.

Cut your avocados, tomatoes, onion, and pepper. Add to bowl.

Mince the cilantro, add to bowl, add the corn, quinoa, lime juice, and salt, mix and serve.
