0.5 Cups Vegan Butter
5.5 Cups Mushrooms
8 Garlic cloves
1 White onion
3 Cups Vegetable Broth
1.5 Cups Coconut Milk
1 Teaspoon Sea salt
0.5 Teaspoon Black pepper

In a large pot, turn on medium heat and add your vegan butter to heat.

Add the mushrooms, garlic, onion and top that off with salt and pepper. Mix until mushrooms become a darker color

Pour in the vegetable broth and the coconut milk. Stir together and bring to a boil, then bring it down to low heat for 15 minutes.

Blend your soup in a blender. The soup has to be cold when you do this step.
Heat the soup up again and serve
