2/3 Cups Vegan Butter
2/3 Cups White Sugar
2/3 Cups Brown Coconut Sugar
2/3 Cups Almond milk
1 Tablespoon Baking powder
1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
2 3/4 Cups Flour
1 Cup Vegan Chocolate Chips

Heat oven to 350°F and line your cookie sheets with parchment paper.

In large bowl, mix melted vegetable shortening, white sugar and brown sugar with a mixer until mixed then, mix your almond milk. Add baking powder, baking soda and flour. Mix until creamy. Add chocolate chips and mix.

With a scooper, get a scoop full of the mixture and put on your parchment paper, make sure each scoop is about 2 inches apart.. Bake until golden brown. Cool the cookies on the sheets for 2 minutes. If baking 2 cookie sheets at a time, rotate pans halfway through baking.
