Wash the chestnuts well and boil them in a pot with plenty of water for 30 minutes.

Drain and peel the chestnuts, taking care to remove the inner coat. Crush the chestnuts with a fork until you get a flaky compound.

In a saucepan, add the soy milk and the sugar. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes while stirring. Add chopped chestnuts and cook on low heat for about 50 minutes.

Pour the mixture into a kitchen mixer and whip all until you get a soft, smooth cream.

Pick up the chestnut cream in a glass jar. You can keep it in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
