1/3 Craisins
1/3 Almonds
2 Teaspoons Balsamic Dressing To Taste

Turn your oven on to 350F, start peeling the squash, deseed it, dice it, and spread onto a baking pan, add salt and pepper to taste and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Let it cook for 10 minutes and then let it cool for another 10, add your spinach, craisins, almonds and balsamic vinegar
