Ingredients

5 Carrots
3 Potatoes
1 cup Green peas
A bunch Cilantro
Half a bunch Parsley
2 cups Chickpeas flour
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 cup Water
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Fenugreek powder
1 tbsp Salt

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Cook the carrots, peas, and potatoes in water. Finely chop the vegetable including the stems. Dice the vegetables into cubes (medium size) and mix in a bowl along with the rest of the ingredients.
Grease a pan and pour the mixture into it. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
